The technical inspection of your home is the first concrete step in the moving process. Our staff of expert professionals has acquired all the necessary technical and administrative skills through special training and longs years of experience.

The technical inspection is the ideal time for your to express your wishes in terms of services and planning. It is also the time for us to determine all the specifics of the moving job, such as the volume, access, items requiring special protection and/or handling.

Our inspector will also provide you with a detailed explanation of all the administrative formalities related to your relocation, as well as the most suitable modes of transportation, and the time required for door-to-door delivery.

Our teams of movers have all been trained at our headquarters in Germany, where they learn the new packing techniques and our firm’s proprietary methods. The international moving staff is bilingual.

Relocation requires advance preparations, so be sure to start on time.

In principle, we offer a full service, i.e., complete packing of your boxes and protection of the furniture.

On arrival, our teams will unpack all the boxes and arrange your belongings in the same piece of furniture it came out of.

Once the moving operation is complete, the head of the team will have you sign a consignment note with or without reservations.

If you have noticed any damage, you should confirm that by registered letter within 3 days after delivery and specify the damage on the pink copy of the consignment note.
